The contact form lets you provide your name, business email address, optional company name and information relevant to your project. The website does not require you to create an account.

OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare provide website publishing, delivery, native traffic measurement and security services.
Contact data is not sold. Providers process data under their own contractual safeguards and applicable transfer mechanisms.
5. Retention periods
- Unsuccessful enquiries and prospect data: up to three years from collection or the most recent contact initiated by the prospect.
- Data required to perform a contract: throughout the contractual relationship, then archived for the applicable statutory limitation periods.
- Accounting records and supporting documents: ten years where that legal duty applies.
- Technical and security logs: for the period strictly necessary for the security and operational purposes defined by the providers.

OpenAI Sites provides NOVEA BIA with native, aggregated statistics limited to unique visitors and page views. The website currently loads no external analytics SDK such as Google Analytics or Plausible.
The infrastructure may also use mechanisms strictly required for communication, security or abuse prevention. These mechanisms have no advertising purpose.
